Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns and issue replacements for faulty or damaged item. Due to the nature of our product, we will not accept other cases of return/refund/exchange.

We do our best to check each item before we send them out to ensure that you receive the best goods! But if in the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged item, do contact us by email at and we will assist you promptly. All returned items must be unused.

All returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to stock availability.

Contact us with your request within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Shipping fees are not refundable

In the case that we confirm your case is valid for return, please note that shipping fees will not be eligible for refund.

Products on sale during promotions are also not eligible for return/refund/exchange.

We also do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
